Michael C. Chaney Construction is a locally owned and operated company proudly serving Sarasota and Charlotte County, Florida. Founded by Michael Chaney, a highly skilled tradesman with over a decade of hands-on experience, the company brings a broad range of expertise to residential and commercial construction projects. A Florida native, Michael is deeply committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and personalized service to each client.

Along side Michael is his wife, Emily Chaney, who is responsible for administrative tasks, branding and marketing.

This marks just the beginning of our journey, and we look forward to sharing each step with you as we grow and build together!
